Low-cost airline developing its digital strategy.

Interjet was not getting the maximum potential from its digital strategy and its business leadership needed much guidance to prioritize the development of products with more value for customers.

By performing heuristic analysis, stakeholders interviews and secondary research, I understood the state of their online presence and by creating deliverables such as Journey Maps, Personas and User Flow Analysis, I could to communicate main user pain points and craft a new desktop and mobile design that align business and customer needs.

I got involved in the creation of the first UX internal team and helped to foster a User Centered approach through the whole E-commerce team.

By planning and performing User Testing sessions, analyzing web analytics insights and working closely with multidisciplinary teams, I helped to keep optimized the experience across digital channels and support design decisions during the most important E-commerce replatform.
